Im just trying to fill in yp application and not sure what to fill in for these 2 questions.
1. Have u ever applied or obtained a visa, an eta or a permit to visit, study, live or wotk in Canada? Please provide details
What do i need to write down ?
2. When was the last time you participated?
What date needs to be filled in?

Without knowing every detail of your life, nobody can tell you what to put down there - we can only say to follow the instructions (which you're asking about, making this fairly redundant).

The easiest situation to describe is if you've never been to Canada - in which case they both become 'no', 'not applicable', or something similar.

If you have been to Canada before in any capacity, or applied to go to Canada but not gone, then fill in the details as described in Q1. If you have ever done IEC before (ie, most countries with Young Professional, working holiday is an option, or maybe co-op), fill in those details for Q2.
