I m living in canada as a close work permit in SK since 2013 December as a cook

I already got nomination from SINP and I also applied PR to Sydney Nova scotia month of sep 2014

I have CELPIP score L 5 R 4 W 5 S 6

My employer also can provide job offer as bcz I m his permanent employer

Am I qualify for canada express entry

Pls advise

If you already have SINP nomination, why not go ahead and apply for federal PR? That way your application will be unaffected by EE as you will have applied before EE comes into effect.

No - a nomination and job offer don't necessarily guarantee PR. You may still have to meet other minimum requirements (e.g. IELTS). You must also still pass the medical, background, and security checks.

One of my friend from India got job offer from Canada which is very rare. He is very positive that he will get PR. What happens if he lose his jobs in first few months ? Does that effect his PR status?
