Years of experience (Round them up)

Hello, I still have a concern with my years of experience. I have 3 years and nine month of work experience. I would like to apply for the OINP program, in order to gain the requiered points in order to be eligible for the OINP, I must have 4 years and more of experience.

Can I say that 3 years and 9 months are equal to 4 years? Or they would still considered it as 3 years of work experience?

Anyone in this situation? Please help!!

It is three years. You cannot claim experience that you do not have.
