This email is in regards to your application for permanent residence in Canada. We recently received incomplete Schedule A forms. In order to proceed with your application, the following documents are required within 30 days:



1. Updated original Schedule A form for the principal applicant

Your previous submission contained gaps between dates in the personal history section. You must ensure you declare personal history and addresses since the age of 18 without any gaps in dates.




2. Updated original Schedule A form for the spouse

Your previous submission contained gaps between dates in the personal history section. You must ensure you declare personal history and addresses since the age of 18 without any gaps in dates.








Please be advised, if we do not hear from you within 30 days, your application may be assessed on the basis of the information on file and your application may be refused.
 
Try and send the request at the earliest or else they can refuse your application due to non submission of documents. Fill in the complete information without any gaps in the time line being mentioned. Do cover each and every gap with reason do no leave it blank.
 
You can give the timeline as per your activity ...
For Eg,
2001/01/01-2003/12/12 Studying masters location University name
2003/12/13-2005/06/07 Unemployed, Thesis preparation location N/A
2005/06/08-2012/08/22 Full time employed location Company name.
