Dear Members,

We received ITA and my wife is 4 months pregnant. I have checked various posts and noted that there is possibility of deferral of X-Ray for my wife. I have following doubts which I would like to clarify before proceeding with deferral:

- IRCC will give me 60 days to complete application, where as considering due date I may not be able submit X-ray results in next 5 months at least. How long they can put my application on hold.
- My express entry profile will expire (in Jan 19) before due date (Mar 19). Any advise on this because I am going through nomination route and even nomination will expire by end of Feb 2019.

Thanks in advance for valuable suggestions.

While submitting PR application, upload an LOE mentioning your wife's condition and tentative month of delivery. After delivery, appear for another Medical exam and get X-ray.

Thanks Preet,
- Is there any max time limit until which they can put my application on hold.
