WRONG VISA TYPE SELECTED IN UPFRONT MEDICAL

I gave my upfront medical today and the hospital person, mentioned visa type as worker. I saw it after coming from there. What can I do in this case. Will it creat any issue in getting pr file processed

The hospital where I went had no option for "PR", so they selected "worker" for my upfront medicals. My passports are stamped.

Same here...they keep on posting without even researching on their own....folks we are volunteers not your consultants looking around NOC lists to match your profile....
