Wrong Profile name - mistake !!!! - Asivad and others Please help

Hi Asivad and friends,

i have misspelled my EE profile name and i would like to correct it, where can i see that option to correct??

If we cant do then what is the solution??

If you did not received an ITA and were not be able to edit informations, I would suggest withdraw that EE profile and create new profile asap, but if you received ITA already you can send case specific enquiry.

You should be able to change this. There should be a "change family information" button on the top of your page

I think so too.

Were you able to find the field with your name in it or was it greyed out?

If it is greyed out and it wont let you change it anymore, I think you wont get around just starting again with a new profile.

"change family information" button is available once we click on "View Submitted Application" button, but my problem is not at that location, once we login to CIC with our credentials where we see home page with "Welcome___________________" with our name.

If it is just the Welcome..... Screen, i think you should not worry at all. As it is not part of your application and it is just part of GCKey login information. Breathe easy and relax.

If you want to change this you should look for how to change the GCKey info, should be easy to find. Sorry, i'm away from a laptop right now and will not be able to look this up for you at the moment.
