Wrong points awarded by CRS

Hello,

I am new to this forum but am sure experienced members can help resolve my query. I have just created an EE profile and the system allocated me 433 points. Out of that, 80 points have been awarded for age. However, I am 32 years of age and as per my understanding I should have been given 85 points for age. Am I the only one in this situation or has anyone else been in such a scenario before. Replies would be much appreciated.

26 minutes in between post! You need to chill, if you need an answer fast, get a lawyer. Otherwise wait patiently for your posting to be seen, not everyone lives in the same time zone as you..

Are you turning 33 this year? If yes, your points have been calculated correctly as only the year of birth is considered in the calculation. Otherwise, don't have an answer for you.

Thanks a lot Jomz...from what I understand, you mean the system takes 1st January as the birth date for each candidate...If so, then that explains it...thanks
