Wrong phone number in GCMS note

Hello,

I got GCMS note a few days ago regarding my common-law sponsorship application and I have noticed the mobile phone number of my common-law partner is typed wrong in the note.

They typed my mobile phone number in his information as well.

I cancelled my mobile phone account when i was going back home, so currently i don't have mobile phone number.

I wonder where I should contact to correct the phone number they entered for my common-law partner in GCMS note..

I requested information under the Privacy Act many times before as I am inside Canada. And every time I receive it, there's always an additional form included. It's for correction of any mistake that you want to be corrected.

I just don't know if it is the same with GCMS.
