It is very common mistake by CIC.
What you can do :-
1) while landing at border you can mention this to officer and they can able to correct it . IN my case officer pointed out before I say any thing ;D (He took my CoPR and asked me to wait , when after 1 .5 Hr. he called my name, he only said There was mistake in original date of entry and I corrected it)
2) Now as per new Citizenship rule before you become PR those days will not be counted so although this mistake not getting corrected don't worry . Believe me CIC have all your actual record in database
