When I landed yesterday, the CBSA officer who helped me was new......so he didn't answer why the date on COPR is my last entry date not the origin entry date, it was intense in the CBSA office when we were at the border (the guy whose car was inspected was having a bit argument with the other officer in the office), we did not talk much, and now I'm landed but the date is not corrected, can I go back to the border again and ask for correction?

My original entry date should be in Sep. 2012 on my old passport, I don't know if the old passport was the reason why CIC didn't put it on the COPR.

I'm in limbo, please help me :(

Why are you in limbo? There is no reason you should be in limbo. You've landed and are now officially a PR. Why would you feel you are in limbo?

They left all that blank on my husband's. They might only use it for those who aren't visa exempt, I don't know, but it can't be that important. It's not going to affect you in any way.

guide says put in the personal Details Contained On Your IMM 1000, IMM 5292 or IMM 5688, or Valid Temporary Resident Documents

But then

Question 13 Marital Status on your first entry to Canada (check the box that applies to you):

Never married
Married: This means that you and your spouse have had a ceremony that legally binds you to each other. Your marriage must be legally recognized in the country were it was performed and in Canada (if you are married, check yes or no to indicate if your spouse is a Canadian citizen or permanent resident).
Widowed: This means that your spouse has died and you have not re-married or entered into a common-law relationship.
Separated: this means that you are married but officially no longer living with your spouse.
Divorced: This means that you are officially separated and have legally ended your marriage.
Common-law partner: this means that you have lived with your partner in a common-law relationship for a minimum of one year

But on my COPR the marital status is married.........these questions seems contradicted :/
