I hope that I find any similar case for my problem here.
My PGWP was expiring due to expired passport, and I applied for extension after receiving the new passport but with wrong application and payment ( paid only 100$ ) because it was Visitor Visa from outside Canada form other that work permit extension. My wrong application is still submitted and not rejected yet, I put the right purpose of it in explanation letter when applied. but, now unfortunately my old PGWP is expired and I did not receive any answer yet ! Am I considered in implied status or not??? what should I do ?! Thank you very much in advance
