Wrong name in FBI report for co-applicant

Hi,

I and my husband received FBI report yesterday, but they have printed wrong name under "subject name". Should I sent those reports or inform FBI and wait for new reports and then send it to immigration. I have less time for 120 days to expire. Ps suggest....

Please call the Customer Care number ie. 304-625-5590. and explain the name mistake and ask them to reissue with corrected name. i think they should understand and will issue one.
