Hi,
I have a situation where I have applied for FSW PR and when I was filling my documents in the field where is an option to mark if you have any medical conditions, I have marked NO. My understanding was that if you dont have currently any medical conditions or if your previous conditions will not cost Canada anything that I can mark NO.
After reading comments on forum I realized that I should have put YES and explained that I had cancer 6 years ago and that It was treated and cured, and now for 6 years have not come back, which means that patient is cured.
My question is, should I update my application and explain situation, I will point out at medical that I had cancer and give them all documents, without the documentation they would not be able to see that I had a cancer at all, so my goal is to be honest in my application and correct the wrong data.
