Wrong location of employer city name on the Work Permit

Hello,

I have just got my work permit which I had applied for renewal,noticed that the city name is wrong, wondering that now what should I do, can i renew my sin and medical care card ?, highly thankful if some one help me regarding issue.

Call the CIC call centre and ask them what you should do. They should be able to help you and tell you what to do about the SIN and healthcard renewal.

Thanks for reply, I asked they said you have to re apply, just wondering what to do the one which I have already in my hand, as per our conversation with the agent I request for a waiver fees if I will reaply .
