Wrong info frm Consultant

this is to inform all members frm India abt a "so called" reputed canada migration consultancy based in India, Kerala.
my sister who is a radiologist wants to apply.. she was informed tht she has time till july 30th.. and tht her NOC will not very likely get filled .. she was also informed tht theres nothing like the overall cap of 10,000.
2 staff of the organization voiced the same views.. no overall cap.. jst NOC caps..
i think this is wrong..
wht do u guys hve to say..

The cap does not apply if you have a ready job offer from a Canadian employer.

I clearly don't believe most (not all) of the consultants.

I was told that I am very unlikely to get a immigrant visa; consultant must be hired or else i will fail.

in your case 10,000 cap is given by CIC and 500 for each job category.

Ok why don't you tell the name of consultant and save some people

they hve branches across india.. and claim to b leaders..
dont know y they claim thts its only NOC Cap tht v hve to bother and not the overall CAP.

no.. i am not sure... i did not meet any abhinav..
is abhinav a consultant or does he own the place.. these guys hve consultancies across the country... i viisted mine in my state..they hve consultancies in other states too..

is it ok.. to disclose the name with any written proof. they still hvent replied to my email and dont think they will,

10,000 cap is a well-known fact for immigrants without a job offer. All tom dick and harry will tell it to you.

Others please remember most of these consultants don't have license to operate. They have an consultant who usually lives in Canada and don't know whats happening around. The consultant take money from these firms to use their name as a representative.

For an example a top famous people in Colombo is Visa Centre. Only one person for entire Sri Lanka is an approved consultant. The Visa Centre has a representative in Canada and when they fill the form they put those consultants name and forward the application.
