tell me what to do. my application was wrongly evaluated. i applied year 2004 under the old policy. they should have given me 8 points for demographic but they did not hence, i was short of points and they denied my application. i appealed to them 3 times including an appeal to the ambassador. to no avail. what else can i do.

You should have contacted a lawyer to prepare a judicial review but you may now have run out of time.

What is the demographics?

If all is lost and no chance for your old application...you can always start to apply for another application from the current NOC or another category.

Don't loss hope...you have other chances. God bless you :D

What do you mean demographic? I mean what is the difference from the old application to the current application?

Please could you let us know the meaning of demographics? I have no clue what it means in immigrations terms.

Waiting.

It's not an immigration term, it just means the characteristics of a population. I have to assume in this case he is talking about points for age, but I have no idea. The demographics of a population are things like the age distribution, sex distribution, income, etc. The kind of stuff the census collects and aggregates.
