Wrong country of birth for the child on medical forms what should i do

They have entered wrong country of birth for my daughter on the medical forms what should I do right now. i have limited time to do the medicals.

Please advice me.

find the e mail address of visa office and send them mail mentioning the error ( include the details - file no , name and DOB), you would get a response and take that response to DMP.

As you have to take the child's passport to the medical exam, have the DMP change it.
