Hi all,

We have submitted our PR application recently and we just realised we haven't read the question where it asks Have you been rejected visa to Canada or any other country correctly.
We have answered No by mistake :-( We were rejected business/visitor visa to Canada last year and later on work permit was applied and approved.

Now we are trying to fill web form to let the officer know that it was a mistake. Is there any specific format we need to use for this? We have added a letter of explanation for this but where do we attach this? Also we don't have ability to refill entire statutory question, so just

There is no specific format. Maybe a letter addressed to "Visa Officer" will work. You need to get it in before they find it, as you will then be correcting the record before it has influenced the visa officer's decision.

if you raise a web form it has the option to attach the documents at end of the process
