If there is a mistake in the address in the letter of acceptance given by the university (everything is fine, except one digit in the postal code is incorrect), will it be a problem to obtain visa? Is there any way to solve it without asking for another letter of acceptance with correct address?

I don't think it should be an issue. My acceptance letter had a different address (in a different country actually!) and I didn't have any issues.

Thanks a lot for your response. What keeps me worried is that I need to do the police verification to apply for study permit. For that I need to use my address in which the postal code is correct. But as my letter of acceptance has the same address except the same postal code (only one digit is changed), as a result, both of the address will not match? Should I mention this discrepancy? If yes, how to do that?
