Please tell me how many band i can get or any suggestions,

You rent a house through an agency. The heating system has stopped working. You phoned the agency a week ago but it has still not been repaired.

Write a letter to the agency. In your letter

1. introduce yourself
2. explain the situation
3. say what action you would like the agency to take

Write at least 150 words.

Dear Mr. Smith

I am living 35 peter road. I rented this house through your agency. Currently I have problem with heating system. Last week the house heating system has stopped working. And I phoned the agency a week ago and they told me, they will repair it as soon as possible.

However, I am still facing the same problem .No one came from your side to repair the heating system.

As you know, the winter has started already. And its going to be really hard to stay in the house with out heating. I really want to be repair the heating system as soon as possible.

Would it possible for you send some one to find out what exactly problem with the heating system and repair it in your early convenience. So I can get benefit from heating in this cold weather.
