Write Job reference letter by yourself, Any Advice?

Has anybody here wrote the job reference letter by themselves?
If so what kind of format that we will need to follow?
Any templates out there that we can take as reference?

you can find templates all over the internet.
Make sure, you just dont exactly copy and paste the job duties as mentioned in the NOC jobs or from the HRSDC website.
