I am in the process of OOPNP. Boss got the phone call yesterday. I have read that ppl got nomination right after the call correspondence? I haven't got any news since yesterday. Is that normal?

If everything went well, you can expect it sooner or later. It is usually a good sign but let them complete their process and you will hear the good news soon.

OPNP always ask for additional documents rather than just rejecting application, I personally think that is because its high application fees.
