Hi all,

one of the TRV requirement is to have a confirmed ticket and itinerary......my question is, its too expensive to buy away and return tickets before reaching getting approval on the application, also parents will stay with relatives who are inviting them and they won't go out that much.

my questions:

1- what to do regarding the tickets, shall i just make a reservations,if i do so and the officer finds out he/she might refuse the application becuz of it...!! please guide me.

2- would the airlines refund us the tickets in case cic rejects the visas?

3- i am a bit confused about the itinerary, does they require a day to day activity plan of what my folks would do during their visit in canada, if so, well they just want to see relatives not the city,so shall i made up some trips and activities or just be straightforward and say in the invitation letter they would enjoy the reunification with family members only.

thanks all

1) Confirmed ticket is not necessary. You may submit itinerary.
2) Airlines will not refund you the tickets if CIC rejects the visas.
3) It's up to you.
