Would it help if I reapply for refusal case or should I wait for next intake.

Visa refused.
Profile:-
10th- 72%
12th- 72%
B.tech. Mechanical with distinction- 72%
Course: M.A.Sc.(Thesis based) Industrial System Engineering.
Have unconditional acceptance letter from University of Regina
1 yr fee paid.
GIC done.

After having all these still my visa got refused.

I want to reapply for my visa. But I am left with very little time. Earlier I wanted to get CAIP Notes but it will take a month to get it so now I want to apply without having CAIP Notes. But I'll justify them the reason of refusal they have given me.

Kindly suggest what you say, should I apply or should I get CAIP Notes n apply for next intake. My offer letter is valid for next 1 year.

I know you are eager to apply again but if your offer letter is valid for one year, why take a chance with a second refusal now? Why don't you order caips notes asap and know the reason of refusal and try to address that reason in next intake. Just a suggestion. I hope you get visa in next application whenever you decide to that.
