Hi, friends! I wasn't able to find much about this specific matter online, so I thought I'd turn to y'all for help. Here's some context:

I decided to claim NOC 4031 instead of NOC 4011/4021 because I have more easily-verifiable proof of at least one continuous year of work experience in NOC 4031. However, since I originally claimed NOC 4011, which is a non-regulated occupation that does not require provincial licensing, all I have for education documents is the ECA of my master's degree, found to be equivalent to a Canadian master's degree.

My questions then are:
  • Since a B.Ed. is required for NOC 4031, would my M.A. (Applied Linguistics/Teaching English as a Second Language) still count? My B.A. is in English Language and Literature. My teaching experience is in English Language and Literature and English as a Second Language.
  • If my M.A. is sufficient, would the "time I qualified to practice" be the year I got my B.A. or the year I got my M.A.?
  • Would I need to get provincial licensing before I apply for EE? I'm not applying for any specific province.
  • Would I need to apply for TESL Canada PLAR?
Any and all help would be greatly appreciated!
