My question is would i get Student Visa undergraduate under spp..? My IELTS score overall is 6 bands but got 5.5 in two of the sub- section ..... plzz reply

SPP has been long gone. It is now replaced by SDS program. For SDS program you need overall 6.0 band score with 6.0 score in each sub section. So, unfortunately you will not be eligible for SDS.
 
Ohhh thank you ..what are the chances in general processing and how much time it takes..?..i am unable to find requirements in given website ..would you please tell me here please..?
 
Thank you very much brother.....one more question, how many chance's is there of approval in general processing ..?

why not improve your IELTS score instead of taking a risk?.English language skills is an essential part of your profile.Please improve your score don't take things so lightly.
