Would Certifications add to Express Entry score?

Hello Everyone,

I am planning to apply for Express Entry soon. I wanted to know if my certifications would affect my score at all? I do have a CSM Certified Scrum Master and a CSPO (Certified Scrum Product Owner certification). I finished both of these certifications for Scrum Alliance which a globally acknowledged organization.
