Hi to all admin and forum members, please help I need your opinion and advice to my situation here in Quebec. To make it short story, I applied LMIA for less than the time to be expired my work permit, June 7, 2018 was expired my WP, so June 5 2018 we applied my LMIA, WP & VJO same employer at the same time. I continued working in 3 months as implied status and stop working now. Until now I don’t have any news for my LMIA and VJO it took almost 6 months now. But my immigration consultant told me to wait, and she called CIC and it was well underway and the permanent job offer (VJO).
My question is:
1st Q: Do you think it is possible to wait LMIA application in 6 months?
2nd Q: Do you think my application VJO is still underway in 6 months?
3rd Q: It is possible to apply visit visa just to wait my LMIA, VJO & CSQ result?
4th Q: Do I have to wait all my application or just leave Canada voluntary now?
June 5, 2018 before expiration my WP I applied also CSQ via mon project until now I don’t have any update receive. I check lately my account it is still waiting.
