Hii, I am student of University Of Regina. I have 4 years bachelor course and now i want to change it to 2 year diploma in this university or maybe in another city. So will this affect on my PGWP/PR?

This won't impact your PGWP. It might impact PR since you'll receive fewer points for a diploma vs. a bachelor degree.
