Worried about middle name. What to do? Please Help.

I did not put a Middle Name in my application paper? Will it affect my application or should I email CEM to include it on my papers?

My eCAS is only showing my given name and last name.

Do you have a middle name? If so, why didn't you put it on your application? If you didn't put it on your application then it stands to reason that that's why you see 1st & last only in ecas.

The name in your application must be exactly as the name on your passport. If you didn't write it as shown in your passport, you should correct it. Send CIC new updated forms. Re-do all the forms which have your name and send them to your visa office once you have a UCI number for reference.

In my application i put my middle name but on my ecas only show my first and family name i think thats a normal..

Hi! May I ask if you still include your middle name or emailed the cic regarding the name changes? I had the same boo boo on our application and I already submitted it before I found out my mistake. I hope you can enlighten me. Thanks!

I have a middle name but it isn't on my passport so I didn't write it. I do have my middle name on my birth certificate, so just wrote a short explanation why it is on my birth certificate and not on my passport. (I sponsored my husband)

If it isn't on your passport you won't have any issues.

I had the explanation with my husband's application package. I was with Santo Domingo visa office in Dominican Republic, not cem. You should have written your name exactly as it was in your passport. If u already sent your application, send an email to your visa office immediately, and fill out a new form with your name written correctly as it is in the passport. You need to follow the guide exactly as it specifies.
