Hi guys,

I just want to know whether there is any provision under Canada immigration, which allows a Individual to apply worker visa WITHOUT a job offer or whatsoever??

I'm looking for any kind of worker visa for Canada but I do not have any job offers..

Yes - some people qualify for open work permit. You have to meet very specific criteria:
