Hello everyone, I am in a sitiation where I am one week short from completing 3 full calendar year but already worked 52x3 weeks with 30hr/w (1560x3 hr in total).
For example, I worked from 6/6/2022 to 5/31/2025. This is 1 week short from 3 full calendar years but I have worked 156 business weeks(I have checked week by week with chatgpt so the calculation is 100% correct)
My question is, when IRCC looks at such cases, will they reject as soon as they realize it's not 3 full calendar years or they will actually look at the paystub and T4 to calculate the actual working hours before making any decisions? Does it have to be 1 full calendar year + 1560 hrs in order to be counted as 1 year experience?
Has anyone with similar cases got approved?
Thanks
