Working with an employer in PGWP, How to extend my WP - Procedures.

Hi,

My current status is PGWP - working for an Employer in Ontario, near Toronto. I started here as a Co-op Student and they
hired me as a full time permanent employee. I have 1 year validity for my PGWP. My employer is
very flexible and they are ready to help me in my work permit extension, I work as an IT Network
Administrator in their company. My PGWP expires is few months (which is more than 4 months valid)

I believe that - my employer needs LMO, approval from HRSDC.. some approval to hire a foreign worker,
etc.

my employer is open to the procedure, but its up to me to make the documents ready.
So i would really appreciate if some one could help me, What is LMO - how to get that,
how to get HRSDC approval etc. Thank you so much in advance.

Note that only your employer can request HRSDC approval. You cannot.
