Working while doing full-time phd online outside canada

Hi,

For someone who is residing outside canada and is currently a full time phd student (first semester, online), would his pgwp eligibility be affected if he:
1- works full time while waiting for study permit to be approved
Or
2- works full time (even when study permit is approved) but still cant travel to canada

Your advice is appreciated!

as per my understanding the working hours restriction is if you are in Canada with study permit. I would advice notifying the university about your current full time work to avoid later miscommunication .

1. If the work is outside Canada, then it doesn't matter how much you work. You don't have to inform anyone.
