What kind of work permit do you hold now?

You can switch to a different employer if you hold an open work permit. If you hold a closed (employee specific) work permit, you need to get a new work permit if you want to work for a different employer. Generally this means your new employer needs to get an approved LMIA although there are some exceptions to this.

I got new process of my new LMIA and new work permit in my new employer, i just want to ask if i need a new working visa or its ok to use my current visa in my current company
