Hi All

I was working full time from the US while doing my Masters here for a company located in India. I have all my pay slips and experience letter.

My question is:

I graduated in august 2016 and have been working for company 'X'which is actually in India since january 2016 to febuary 2017 fulltime.(work for remote)

Could that lead to a clash? would CIC think how was she working and studying at the same time?

Please reply :)

Apparently it's something unusual in Canada. I have always worked and studied at the same time, it's just something almost everyone does. Honestly, I mentioned everything and left it to them to figure it out.

I was in the same situation but my workleave didnt exceed 3-4 days at a time so i believe it wont cause many issues

What I know is, if its outside Canada its not a problem, your work experience counts (whether remote or etc)... for example my masters was in the evening so I was working full time during my masters and PHD...I understand that in your situation there are two countries involved, however just explain on LOE that it was remote and you should be fine... in my opinion though... many people who are freelancers work all over the world while sitting at home :) ....
