working remotely in Canada for a US company

Seeking some help on the following situation:

Could a PR from Canada work remotely for US company (with no office in Canada), with occasional travel to the US to meet clients?

Is this possible or would a visa be required?

What would be the tax consequences of this?

Yes, you can work remotely even if there are Canadian clients, or an office in Canada because you are a PR of Canada.

If you are not visa exempt to the U.S., you will need a visa to enter the country.
