I have a quick question regarding telecommuting while living in Canada. I anticipate my spousal visa finalizing within the next couple of months and I'll be moving to the Ottawa area. I currently work in New York State, and exploring the possibility of working my job from home. As an American Citizen/Canadian Permanent Resident, are there any restrictions, requirements, etc. to work from home in Canada for an American company? I would be traveling to the border approx twice/week to pick up paperwork, and attending meetings in the US from time to time...however the work would actually be completed while in Canada.
