Working in USA on H1B and going to canada on business trip for 2 weeks

I am working for an employer in USA and I am on H1B from India, I have to travel to canada for a training with the parent company of same employer for 2 weeks, can anyone help me to know which Canadian VISA should I apply for, after 2 weeks I will be back in USA.

Hi, Am in similar situation and have to travel soon, were you able to figure out how to get business trip visa while on H1B. Please let me know..
