Working in part-time semester

Hey guys, this thing happened to a girl that I met and I could not find any answer for that. So if you please take a look at it and give us some advises.
She took a lot of credits in her first year of undergrad school but in her second year The university did not allowed her to get more than one course in winter because of some rules that said she can't get her third year courses until she passed every coerces of her second year!! It was impossible to get more course she send a lot of emails to the department but they did not care. Nobody told her she is part time student and she was working in a company for two month.
Now she finds that she was part time student and she hear that she cant get her PGWP and worst than that she worked because she was considered as part time student(She did not know that) which is not allowed. It was honest mistake that would happened for anyone, Nobody know that yet and she don't know what to do! she paid about 100 grands for fees and she Took that job just for gaining some experience.
So what we can do for her PGWP and for the job she had done, what we should do to avoid trouble from IRCC and CIC and CRA, etc. Can we say sorry and even donate that money to charity since even she did not need that money?

There's really nothing she can do now.

She should not have been working as a part time student and it's true that being a part time student in the middle of your studies can create problems for the PGWP.

If she is still a part time student now, she needs to stop working immediately. She also needs to avoid having any further part time semesters. Apart from that, all she can do is apply for the PGWP once she finishes her studies and hope for the best.

She stopped working when she found out about the situation, she does not know that she was a part time student, and only she worked for 2 months. She also said me that she will send the tax form for that two month income which is about 1000 CAD. Do you think she will be fired from Canada for this stupid mistake? She wants to go for master and then she wants to get PGWP, do you think she will be punish for that and will be rejected for Master or PGWP for the master degree too? Should we go to say we make this mistake but we did not want that to be happened or she need to be silence? I know she already sent that money to charity. How government will find out she worked on that time? because I see in T4 tax form we did not put any information for the date of work.

Your only choice is to be upfront about the error. It seems as though she may have failed a course or been under academic probation. The bigger issue is that you must be a full-time student, except the last semester, to qualify for PGWP.

No she did not fail any course or she was not on any probations. She is interchanged student who got credits about 50 before starting in Canada for her last university marks so there was no course to offer her in her second year and the university did not allowed her to get any third year courses. It was not her fault. For her 2 months of works, do you think they will kick her out of country? She did not know that she was part time student. She thought because she was on the university schedule everything was good and the university did not warn her in any way.

I would be more concerned about not being a full-time student. All you can do is be honest and hope for forgiveness.

Well, she can go for master if they wont give her PGWP, our concern is now her study permit and the chance of firing from Canada. Should we contact someone or wait to see if they found about that two month or not.
