Working in 3 different companies

Hello,
I am just about to make my express entry profile. I have worked for 3 different companies in the last 3 years. 6 months in the first one, 8 months in the second, and then 2 years in the third one. Same NOC. Do I need reference letters from all my employers for my express entry profile? Please help.

You need a reference letter for whichever jobs you are claiming points for. If you don't need 1 of them for points, you can move it to the Personal History section instead (6 months + 8 months + 2 years is more than 3 years).
