I am an international student and have signed up for a 2-year full-time program. I finished my first program in December 2017 and my next program starts in May. so I was just curious to know how many hours can I work currently during this long break until May. Can I work full time?

You can't work at all between these two programs (not even part time). Working between your two programs is illegal since you aren't in school during this time. If you work, this will most likely result in a refusal of your PGWP.
