Quick question, do the Alberta/Federal Government care much about the hours you claim to have worked on the EE profile/PNP forms. As I normally worked on average about 40 hours a week in most jobs over the last 10 years. But two of my references came back as lower than that as they didnt take my usual overtime in to account as they were salary positions. Will AB or Federal care about this? Or would they just call the reference to check they wrote it and then average it out?
