I am in the process of completing my Working Holiday visa. One of the questions asked on the Immigration History and Citizenships section is as follows;
I once transited through Canada in April 2014 and have a visa stamp on my passport. However, I cannot remember if it was a transit visa or one of the above which I have stamped. I am not sure how to answer the above question, should I state 'yes' or 'no'.
Also when I applied I wrote my name as full, I have two surnames and typed them accordingly. Now I am receiving communication from IRCC with my given name and second surname, should I write to them requesting that this is corrected as it clearly states the name on your work permit should be the same as it is on your passport.
- Have you ever applied for or obtained a visa, an eTA or a permit to visit, live, work or study in Canada? - Have you ever applied for or obtained a visa, an eTA or a permit to visit, live, work or study in Canada?
- Unique client identifier (UCI) / Previous Canadian visa, eTA or permit number
