Working Holiday and taxes

So, my girlfriend arrived in Canada in 2013, she studied, she worked, and left Canada in September 2014. I just got her T4's, and I am wondering, do I need to do her taxes in Canada? Since she is Japanese, should she do her taxes in Japan? Since she left Canada in September (before December) should I even file these?

I've been trying to find information online but I can't find any, and my Japanese friends don't understand what the hell I'm talking about. Anyone able to point me in the right direction?

Whether she has to file taxes in Japan depends entirely on that country's tax laws.
