Hi all ,
I wonder if anybody could help me clarify this doubt of mine.
I am currently working full time in ontario.
i will reach my 1 year eligibility in jULY 2014.
IF i work from home from the states for couple of days , (of course with due permission from my employer , who will have no issues about this for couple of weeks) ,
will that still be counted towards my 1 yr eligibility , or does it have to be necessarily all within Canada.

Thank you in advnce

Technically the work should be done within Canada's borders, but if your usual work location is in Canada and you just worked remotely for a couple of days, and there's no change in your payroll or other documentation that reflects this, I don't see how CIC would even know.

But, it sounds like you are applying for CEC with the absolute minimum of work experience. It's not a good idea to apply with such a small amount that two days would make a difference.
