Hello! I entered Toronto on an ICT visa in March this year. I flew home for a visit in April and ended up extending my trip (been WFH from India all this while). I also have an existing rental lease on an apartment in Toronto. At this point, I've been away for ~6 months. Should I anticipate any issues re-entering Canada?

No, not if you have a valid TRV. FYI- your experience doesn't count as CEC/Canadian experience if applying for Express Entry.

Really appreciate the prompt response! Do you know how long I can stay away without raising eyebrows at the time of re-entry?

If you have a valid TRV with multiple entry and valid Work permit then it should not raise eyebrows. However if you are entering close to expiry of both permits, then may ask why you have been out of the country for so long.

Both are still valid for ~2.5 yrs, so that shouldn't be an issue. Thanks again! :)
