here is my scenario...
I am currently on h1b and my wife is on h4 and has an ead.
I got my pr and I am moving to Canada to work for my company's branch in Canada...
My wife’s company is allowing her to work from Canada but are not willing to open a Canadian Office.
my question is what options do we have for my wife to get paid in Canada working for a us company?
1. can we be self employed in Canada and get paid from us entity?
2. Is it better to incorporate in Canada ?
3. Or is it better to find a company like https://brightr.ltd/about-us/
To run payroll in Canada.
4. Or can we get paid in us on 1099 to a company registered in my wife’s name as she was on ead?
