Appreciate if someone could help me with this.
I am living and working in USA and my wife is doing Masters in Canada. I have an Open Work permit and got an opportunity to do work Remotely(100%) to a Canadian Employer staying in USA. Salary will be deposited in Bank in Canada and will be paying taxes.
Can I claim this experience for Express Entry Canadian Experience Class?

I am not sure why you are asking on it instead of just re-reading the eligibility.
If this is allowed then there is no meaning for CEC when they can recruit people via International Worker who have same experience.
https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/immigrate-canada/express-entry/eligibility/canadian-experience-class.html#minimum
  • have gained your work experience by working in Canada while under temporary resident status with authorization to work
You’re not eligible for the Canadian Experience Class if
  • you’re a refugee claimant in Canada
  • you’re working without authorization
  • your work experience was gained without temporary resident status in Canada

not quite as simple as depositing money into your account while in Canada. Does the company have a Canadian office you can transfer to? If not you are essentially working remotely for your US employer and will be paying US taxes first and then Canadian taxes.

I am currently working remotely for a US company in Canada. They do have an office in Canada but the HR people are all in United States, so I was hired by US HR rep. I pay Canadian tax and the contract states that the position resides in Ontario Canada. Will this be considered Canadian experience?

Why do you need and where to show the Canadian experience? Whats your status in Canada?

Why can't you work out of the Canadian office? Are you are working out of the the US office and being paid in US dollars? Do you have a US WP?
